Beetroot and Orange Salad in Marathi

Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 beetroot
For Salad Dressing::
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 pinch pepper powder
2-3 mustard powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Olive oil

Method:
1) Peel the oranges. Also remove the outer thin layer on the flesh.
2) Boil the beet. Peel and make byte sized pieces.
3) To make the salad dressing, mix orange juice, honey, pepper powder, salt and mustard powder. Also add olive oil and whisk.
4) In a serving plate, arrange3 orange segments and beetroot pieces. Drizzle sufficient amount of salad dressing on top. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
